Rescheduling is only available for Best of NYC, Harbor Lights, Landmarks, Liberty Midtown, Liberty Super Express, and Statue at Sunset. For all other cruises, please contact Guest Services.
For tickets purchased via third-party (ex. CityPASS, GetYourGuide, Viator or another Tour Operator), please contact the company where the tickets were originally purchased.
Step 1: Find Your Cruise
Enter the ticket purchaser’s name, email, and order ID (ex. CL-1234567891-1234) exactly as shown in the confirmation email. All information must match the original order.
Ticket upgrades or downgrades (e.g., Premier to General Admission) aren’t available using this tool. Switching cruise types completely? You'll only see options that depart from the same location as your original booking.
